My decision of studying both BHM and MHM in NATHM has been the best as NATHM has helped me build a strong foundation and has groomed me in such a way that I could make a difference though out my Culinary Career from Hotels to Restaurants to Culinary Colleges. Although, I have had the opportunity to work with several cuisines in the past, I feel happy and proud these days as I am living my dream of promoting Nepalese cuisine by teaching our very Cuisine to Korean Culinary students at Youngsan University, Busan, South Korea.
